Commently הוא כלי שמאפשר לבעלי חשבון אינסטגרם עסקי לשלוח הודעה פרטית אוטומטית למי שמגיב על הפוסטים שלהם במילת מפתח שהם בחרו.

Commently is a tool that lets owners of an Instagram professional account automatically send a private message to people who comment a chosen keyword on their posts.

המידע שאנחנו שומרים: מזהה חשבון האינסטגרם ושם המשתמש של בעל החשבון, מזהה עמוד הפייסבוק המקושר ואסימון גישה שניתן על ידי Meta; לגבי מגיבים: מזהה אינסטגרם, שם משתמש, טקסט התגובה שהפעילה את האוטומציה, ומועד שליחת ההודעה ולחיצה על קישור.

Data we store: the account owner's Instagram account ID and username, the linked Facebook Page ID and an access token granted by Meta; for commenters: Instagram-scoped ID, username, the text of the comment that triggered an automation, and when a message was sent and a link was clicked.

השימוש במידע: אך ורק כדי להפעיל את האוטומציות שבעל החשבון הגדיר ולהציג לו סטטיסטיקות. איננו מוכרים מידע, איננו משתמשים בו לפרסום ואיננו מעבירים אותו לצד שלישי, למעט ספקי התשתית שמריצים את השירות (Render) ו-Meta עצמה.

Use: only to run the automations the account owner configured and to show them statistics. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties other than the infrastructure provider that runs the service (Render) and Meta itself.

שמירה ומחיקה: המידע נשמר כל עוד החשבון מחובר. ניתוק החשבון בהגדרות מוחק את אסימון הגישה. לבקשת מחיקה מלאה ראו את עמוד מחיקת הנתונים או פנו אלינו.

Retention and deletion: data is kept while the account is connected. Disconnecting the account in Settings deletes its access token. For full deletion see the Data Deletion page or contact us.
