בעלי חשבון: בהגדרות של Commently לחצו "ניתוק" כדי למחוק את חיבור החשבון ואת אסימון הגישה. אפשר גם להסיר את Commently מהגדרות פייסבוק: הגדרות ← אפליקציות ואתרים.

Account owners: in Commently Settings click "Disconnect" to delete the account connection and its access token. You can also remove Commently in Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites.

לבקשת מחיקה מלאה של כל המידע (כולל נתוני מגיבים), שלחו מייל ל-baraktaxi@yahoo.com עם שם המשתמש באינסטגרם. נמחק את המידע תוך 30 יום ונאשר במייל.

To request full deletion of all data (including commenter data), email baraktaxi@yahoo.com with your Instagram username. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
